Одним з найбільш важливих у роботі Паризької мирної конференції було російське питання, яке включало передусім вироблення політики великих держав стосовно більшовицького уряду Росії. На противагу концепції, сформованій радянськими істориками, за нашою гіпотезою, на початку 1919 р. існувала можливість досягнення мирної угоди держав Антанти і США з більшовицьким урядом Росії. Цього не сталося не через антибільшовицьку позицію західних держав, а через політику радянського уряду.Посилання
